Stage 1 payment: A 10% deposit is required at this point.
Once you have discussed your requirements with the Granddesignsspace team a quote will be put together for you. (including any options & extras).
Stage 2 payment: A payment of 50% is required at this point.
The install date is agreed and the final agreement is ready to be signed
Materials ordered and received at Grand Designs Space. During this time materials will be checked and pre-cut to reduce the amount of cutting of materials on site. In some cases, a pre-build of the carcass will take place.
The Grand Designs Space team will arrive and unload materials and begin the build, starting with the frame, roof and windows. The first objective will be to make the building water-tight. Once this is achieved, membranes, battens, cladding and the interior will be installed. The time needed to complete the installation will be dependent upon the size, location and access of the build.
Stage 4 payment: A final payment of 20% is required at this point, following the completion of installation.
If at any time during the build you wish to include further options for your garden build or you wish for us to carry out additional work at your property, a quote will be given to you and once agreed, these will be added to the final bill as additional costs, this will be payable at Stage 4.
